Ariel had a six-year break from performing after she earned her Pro Card to complete her college studies. In 2015 she re-entered the stage and competed at high-level competitions, such as Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. She competed for a number of years after her debut show setting higher goals for herself each year. In 2009, four brand new fitness titles were added to her list. In 2009 she won named the NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champ. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel took an extended break when she earned her Professional card to get her degree from college. In the month of October, 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. The athlete placed 3rd in the competition. In the summer of 2016, she took the first prize at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. She was then qualified for the Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and came home with sixth place for the Fitness Division. Ariel was thrilled to have placed 6th within the fitness division despite not having any expectations. She was up against the top athletes. Ariel continues to impress bringing improvements to her body every year. Ariel enjoys working her back. Ariel's usual back exercises consist of single-arm lat pulldowns as well as pullups with machines, along with bent-over rows. Her usual routine is to warm up and then proceeds on to the sets for working. Ariel is also extremely efficient when it comes to time management. Supersetting all of the back exercises into a set of three or four 10-12 repetition supersets is exactly what she does.
